I read the first post as such.

Hello everyone, I am moving somewhere, where I do not know the laws and how they are enforced. I normally like about 2" of tire poke, but if that is going to get me in trouble, I will make sure my tires are completely covered.

Anyone who read it otherwise, has a short blond haircut and asks to see the manager too much.
I read it the same way.

By the way. Since you like to dig. I have a job offer for you. Think you will be perfect for it.

A few years ago Utah ditched annual safety inspections and started a Offroad type registrations for SXS and Buggies, With that coming out Uhp stated that mud flap and tire coverage rulings will really started getting enforced. If you are on the Hiway like I-15, I-70, I-40, I-80 Utah Hiway Patrol will get you for tire coverage and mud flaps. STG and Cedar City as well as around SLC they are strict Especially around Cedar city where most SLC Jeepers get nabbed on the way to Sand Hollow . On surface street and around town most law enforcement could careless about coverage and flaps as long as your not driving like a lunatic.
