That reminds me of a yellow VW bug that used to park along the street outside of the building I worked in. She worked for corrections (and was a real butt-head about parking, literally running stop signs and cutting in front of people to get "her spot" on the street just outside the door.
Anyway, the plate was:
PEEPNTS
I thought and thought and thought - pee pants? Wow, really?
Then one day she was breaking rules by posting personal business "Ads" on the government bulletinboards in the building - "Peep Notes". Have no clue but it seemed to be some sort of custom personalized note pads.
I thought -lady, you may want to think a bit harder next time you go for a vanity plate.

My wife is always asking "what's that one mean" and I simply respond - "if you have to think too hard about it - why do they even bother". If neither of us can get it in the first 5 seconds, it's not worth their 25 bucks for a custom plate.
