So I bought an Ecodiesel from a local dealer which was in transit. A couple days later the ETA vanished. It’s been 3 weeks now and they still have no ETA.
Jeep cares gave me this response:
“We do not get vehicle location. The vehicle is shipped, and is awaiting an ETA Window. Please note that Vin Track is down, unable to see if there is an ETA

Anyone else experiencing something like this? When I originally spoke with Jeep cares they said it left the factory over 60 days ago.. kind of odd they tracking has been down for almost 2 weeks now.
