Totally endless if hosted on AWS. and if they back up with dedupe, backups will be small. Images could stored in SQL as BLOBs.
Oh, you were not being dead serious, sorry LOL
Yah, it's a discussed issue on another AWS hosted forum, when there are 87 posts a day on the same topic it apparently takes up resources

Some people enjoy a tennis match (big money in that so apparently millions like to watch a little ball be smacked back and forth) - at least there's action and danger in tennis, compared to - yawn - golf (cow pasture pool) where people ride around in carts and stand for 2 minutes before doing anything (and need someone else to hand them clubs)
Some tennis players actually yell and scream and throw things! Tennis can be exciting! LOL
Get your facts straight! If you're riding in a cart, you have to retrieve your own clubs. :)

LOL - you just showed how much I watch the game! ;-)

On the other hand - we really like Holey Moley.

Anyway, thanks for the golf education.

There ya go - this thread just turned educational!
I have a feeling for all I've learned here, I'm going to owe a lot of members a whole lot of beer if we ever meet in the future - on the other hand, I may disguise myself so I don't get the XXXX beat out of me!

That didn't answer the question. Where did the author of the article get their information about so many folks reconsidering purchase. What was their AUTHORITATIVE source?

So if you did not want to be: "a dick or a smart ass...and certainly not trying to stifle forum member(s) right to say whatever they want." why did you say to begin with. I have prob been on forums (BB's) longer than you have been alive and there is always someone who is a wannabe moderator.

There was no need for your comment towards the members here. If you don't like this thread you are welcome to not post nor read. You have told every one here to shut up and then told the Mods to close the thread because YOU WANT IT!

If Zoloft is needed here I think you are the candidate for it..I got my PTSD legitimately...fighting a war so jackasses like you can spew your crap under freedom of speech, but you don't want others to do so!

You have that wrath aimed at the wrong person. Jurfie was replying to a person complaining about this thread, suggesting it be shut down. He simply said - you can always unwatch. He wasn't suggesting anything other than "if you don't like the thread, then don't look" It was the OTHER person who was complaining - and who has complained about such threads before and suggested they be shut down.
Where did you see jurfie suggest that it be shut down? He NEVER NEVER suggested the thread be shut down and never suggested anyone not post. Jurfie was trying to be the voice of reason and simply suggested, if you don't like it, don't look.
He was responding to ANOTHER member who apparently wanted to see it locked - or was joking, couldn't really tell.
CMac was telling mods it's don.
jurfie said "then don't look"
To which most of us would agree - don't look if you don't like it.
But to attack jurfie over that totally logical, polite response??

CMac said:
Moderators: please stick a fork in this thread. It's pretty well-done.
To which jurfie responded - You could always “unwatch” it if you’re no longer interested.

Where's the crime??? jurfie is perhaps the most level headed, even-tempered, voice of reason we have here. He's apolitical and a Canadian - they tend to have a great, if a bit dry, sense of humor. They have to have - to live next to the USA.

Not sure how how Jurfie ended up being quoted, not my intention at all, it was at MC guy and if you what I said you see where it came from, anyhow fixed it removed my quote of Jurfie and since he did not say anything that offended I am sure he knows I was not aiming at him... so my apologies to Jurfie not aimed at you and not ever sure where that came from????

Whew! I'm relieved. I didn't figure it was your intent but then......... I don't know you personally, only by posts.
I could have typed MY OWN post far far better looking back at it - almost looked like I was hyper there. That's ADHD for ya - no social filter, you end up editing or deleting a lot.
jurfie is a cool guy so I'm sure he's fine.

I've noticed that if I start a post and there's a quote in it, I change my mind and delete that part, then go back to something in my shop and come back to finish the quote is there again. The forum "saves" or caches what you have so far and it's gotten me into trouble before where I decide to NOT post something - and come back later to respond to a different post and what I had typed before, including the other quote - is there again. OOPS!

It's all good - and thanks for risking life and limb and sanity for a country that unfortunately, has too many folks that won't understand.
I have two VERY good friends who served, Marines - make that three, I forgot about Steve T. in NY state, and I never knew Chuck was affected until we were hanging out at a car show/swap meet and decided to head into town for lunch. We walked in to the restaurant and he specifically asked for a table in a back corner and he needed the back corner seat - facing the door and able to see everyone in the place....... I suspect you know why.
I put it together. Joe wasn't quite as bad off in that way but he's got a heck of a quick temper and now and then has to take time out from our AMC forum - SUPER nice guy. We give him is space.

Canadians are known for their quickness to apologize, not for being forgiving. ;)

This is becoming a tennis match about a tennis match. Good entertainment!

moderators: please remove this thread to the correct “tennis match” section!

Naw, tennis matches are boring. How about WWF wrestling?
