Sorry but cluster's are an exchange type part only available from your local dealers. On average they take about 4-5 days to get.

That is interesting. Do you have any pull in regards to getting one sent to my certified CDJR dealership? I've been waiting one for about a month now.

The independent used car dealership where I bought my Gladiator is not having any better luck either.

Well, I decided to take the United Radio repair option.
I removed & shipped my Cluster last night (will go out today, via FedEx).

Fingers crossed they can repair it.

Why not visit your local junk yard and get one. Any Gladiator that was rear ended should have a cluster that's perfectly fine.

Well, I assuming my warranty company wouldn't pay for one of those, not to mention I'm not down with putting salvage yard electronic parts on just yet. What if the odometer is waaay off what I know is on my JT?

PLOT TWIST:

My Jeep dealership called me this morning.

They said they got a phone call (not just a computer generated inventory message) that an instrument cluster has shipped. I asked if this is "for real", that basically someone he talked to had it "in hand?" They said yes, and it has already shipped.

Now I have an appointment for it to be installed in my JT on Thursday, April 30th.

Next I called the store where I shipped my old cluster from last night... at about 6:30pm. I knew it would not ship until today. Luckily, FedEx had not sent it out yet & I could stop by & pick it up (with my receipt & proper ID). So I did exactly that on my lunch hour. They even refunded me my shipping cost. WOW.

Fingers crossed this instrument cluster actually arrives, gets installed, plus actually works.

I am missing something here.

I had 2 chargers . I replaced the gauge cluster on both and was able to change the mileage to read correct using AlphaobdII on my laptop.

are we saying that with the jeep you cant do the same? It was common practice on the charger to change cluster to get the bigger readout in front of steering wheel. was a simple thing to do.
