Wait to buy a JT?

I'm ready to pull the trigger on a JT but is there anything coming soon that I should hold out for? For example I don't see a diesel engine option yet in the online configurator.

It is there. Make sure you select 2021.

Weird. I don't get the diesel option for 2020 or 2021. I tried changing my zip code from CA to TX and still nothing.

I can't believe they removed the Gobi color for 2021!

Actually the diesel option appears if I choose a Rubicon instead of a Mojave.

Mojave is a purpose-designed JT so it's not likely to have a diesel very soon. It's aimed at very specific people.

I would be surprised if they ever offered a Diesel Mojave JT given all it's own unique frame differences from the other JT models.
