Not at all reasonable. Reasonable would be shipping out another tire.It doesn't sound like Walmart Customer service sucks at all.
They will happily refund you the purchase price. Seems reasonable to me.
And when you’re trying to explain a situation here in ‘Murca to Bob in Bangladesh and then get to escalate to Frank in New Delhi, yes it sucks.
Give me Barbara in Dallas who understands a situation and doesn’t have to place you on hold seven times to do some interpreting.
I stick by my sucks comment.
We’re talking about a $573 BILLION DOLLAR company. The largest revenue company on planet Earth. I’m sure they could get me a cute little $335 tire that I was fortunate enough to purchase on sale.
Would just like what I paid for, that’s all.
