A bit of a challenge to read this , but I think I got it.

I know, I looked at and had make sure I didn't have a stroke. No issue getting box done or battery replaced.
All I told them was the jeep was wandering on highway.

I dunno - break it down, not bad, but looks like smell check helped him a bite. (besides missing a comma or two)

Update the box will be in Tuesday

battery was replaced.

And the steering box they no issue.

What I told was that it wandered at highway speed

Missing a had and a was as well.
Oh, well, it's really hard to type on a phone at may age with my damaged worn out fingers, so I ain't gonna complain.
Maybe he was excited it was being fixed without argument! I would be.

Show em the steering TSB. That plainly says if customer complains, replace the steering gear. No discussion, no check it by driving it, no nuttin else. If customer complains of these things, fix it.

Can you guys confirm which TSB it is so I can bring it with me?

Attached is the last rev I have of the steering box TSB. If you are out of the 3/36K bumper to bumper warranty, it will be a owner out of pocket cost.
