Anyone have this in their garage? It looks great, and I saw it at the Denver weathertech store. I’m wondering if their claim that spills don’t get between and them underneath the tiles is accurate. I’m considering putting this under the Jeep and the other two cars in the garage. I’d also like to know how well it holds up to floor jacks, jack stands, creepers, etc. Thanks for any reviews.

It looks nice but plastic doesn't play nice with molten metal lol

And oil spills and cleaning products/solvents such as carb cleaner, brake cleaner, etc. that might overspray or drip on the floor.

I recently cleaned out an old machinery storage shed to use as a shop and used this to seal the floor. It doesn't pretty it up at all, just protects it from getting any more oil spots and makes it far easier to clean up. I don't know how it is for slip resistance (better or worse) because the concrete floor of my shed was finished rough, not smooth like a garage. It had not been sealed before.

They said it’s all good for oil, coolant, etc. I get that welding is a thing, but I don’t weld well enough to weld on my jeep. Just on removed parts.

Appreciate it, but I’m looking for a solution that doesn’t require poured chemicals. And having someone do it costs an arm and a leg. These are only $2 per sq foot, and 2.50 if you want the rubberized ones.

Yeah, a sealant is probably not applicable to a garage floor anyway because they are often sealed already.

I know epoxy and other products are an option, but it doesn’t interest me much. Not that it’s bad, I just want something fun I can do myself. It’ll make cleaning easier and look good. But I’m still hoping I can find someone who has used them with floor jacks and stands to see if they hold up. Thanks.

If it was in my garage ( I might use this) I would use something like 3/4” plywood squares under jack stands to spread point load and prevent the angle cutting it. The rolling jack , not sure still might want a long piece of Plywood to roll Jack in and out, not sure how that would roll over the bumps even with no load , but rolling it with load 😬……Jack
Will be watching this for real reviews.

It says right in the description.

"TechFloor can be used to change the aesthetics of most rooms, but does not replace heavy duty floorings in such places as commercial garages and workshops"

That doesn’t say they aren’t durable. But thanks for reading the digital pamphlet I obviously saw in person. I really wish someone who had experience with these would speak up.
