Got the 2.5” AEV Dual Sport suspension and geometry correction brackets installed. New shoes are 285/75R18 Toyo Open Country Trail R/Ts on 18x9 Black Rhino Chambers with a -12mm offset. After all the questions and advice from others, it’s where I want it…finally.

Wait, those places don't use lifts?!?
Got up under there this AM and turns out they did not do the five tire rotation yesterday.... only got a four tire rotation. I made the mistake of going to lunch instead of watching the rotation. Lesson learned.

Yeah, carpet should be an option or a differentiator for the Sahara or a panel system you snap in over the rubber, like you said. The FJ had rubber flooring, if I’m not mistaken. The Bronco has it. For decades Jeep people have been having to pull their carpet which is getting harder and harder with all the trim and then wash out the floor and then wash and dry the carpet which never gets all the sand out. It’s asinine. Frankly driving without anything on the floor as some people do is a crappy option. This ArmoreLite is more insulating than the factory carpet. I can even wash the truck out at the beach with my WaterPort so people don’t have to ride home with a dirty floor. I can throw we stuff on it and just let it drain out.

I bought my first Jeep CJs back when they only came with painted metal floors. My current Jeep has carpet, which I don't mind, but I have Husky Liners too.

Your Armorlite looks good btw.

Played with the fork lift. Installed a new bumper and making sure it didn't rub. Well it rubbed really bad, so i broke out the skill saw and cut it up now. time to make some end caps and weld.

Wow, testing the extreme flex on that rub. Going to spray some Surface Shield or Fluid Film in there before you cap them?

I live in Oregon, living 35mins from a place called browns camp there are some decent obstacles to play around on lol. Don't want to go up there and find out. I'll be making steel end cap and welding the pipes shut won't worry too much about water.
