Using the spare tire winch that's normally under the truck. It's on the rack, now. Easier to stow than crawling under the truck.How the fuck do you lift the spare up to the rack?
I'm not worried about anything, I just like messing with and modifying stuff. This is a Jeep forum, right? Did I stumble into the wrong place?@BlueScapegoat I agree with azmojave here. If you are worried about aerodynamics, its low enough that you aren't dirupting the airflow. If you are worried about having an even roofline, that will be tough to get because of the iKamper's shape. Just run with it!!
Clearance is a consideration though, to an extent. If clearance wasn't an issue I'd have gone full height rack and a full sized tent. I just think it's kind of silly to stack longitudinal rails on lateral rails on longitudinal rails on lateral rails to mount something.
