Front JTR springs/shocks and 1.5 inch TF level. Just got the front done, was hoping I could just throw shocks on the rear but I’m gonna either put the JTR springs or a 3/4” spacer in the rear since it’s a tad high in the front. Maybe it will settle. I have had these parts for a year and been procrastinating this project like no other. First time doing any kind of suspension work. Took me around 4-4.5 hours with beer breaks and checking YouTube videos. The biggest pain in the butt was getting the truck jacked up high enough. My steering wheel doesn’t even seem off. But I only took it out for about 20 minutes on farm roads and it’s pretty windy out so time will tell. I shouldn’t have bought deep well impact sockets, would have been easier with normal sockets.

The products mentioned are all lanolin wool/sheep fat based. Cleanup is relatively easy and any grease cutting cleaner like dish soap and similar can be used.

As to mess, you want to wear your crudy do not care if they get dirty clothes. The stuff will come out in a fine aerosol type mist and if crawling around on the ground, you will have some of it get on you but the stuff is non toxic and a simple shower afterwords will suffice.

Both product and application need to be done in 60's degree or higher weather Temps for easiest flow. In a pinch, can thin with vegetable oil but that degrades effectiveness of product.
Did you use some adapter on the sprayer to get in the frame or did you not bother?

I used a professional type spray kit last year with a 360 degree wand end to get in the frame rails. Winter was mild last year with only like 2 days of salted roads. I was lazy and did not want to drag out the air compressor, hoses and I let it ride this year with the electric sprayer just getting the exterior.

Winch install begins.... i found only one a ftermarket winch mounting bumper that claims to mount an 8274 and its aluminum and costs 7.925 gigabucks so im a bit short... plan going in was to enlarge the existing winch access I n the top side of the stock steel bumper. Not sure that will work as elegantly as id hoped....

So good sirs and madams assuming i need a new bumper i ask you, rectagular steel tube bumper? Round steel tube bumper. Li kely prerunner style, or try to make the stocker work even if i have to chop it up.
I'll save you the trouble and swap with you a different winch that would fit.. ;) Ok kidding aside, good luck with installing it. I almost got a anniversary addition one, updated and load rating to 10k.

Gosh thanks! Youre far to good to me! Id hate for you to get stuck with this antique....

Ive read that the load rating is just a suggestion anyway and im sure itll be adequate for my mall crawller...

Putlled the hoop off the Rugged Ridge Arcus bumper and temporarily mounted the Baja Designs LP6 lights.

The harness does not come in untill tomorrow. But I just wanted to see how it would look.

Looking forward to wiring them up. And I guess washing the Jeep after this weekend escapades.

(Terrible pictures I know. The garage door is still closed after I wash it tonight. I’ll get some better ones)

Wired up the Baja Design LP6 Pros. Wired them as highbeam only. Just to make it simple. Using auxiliary switch three and I have them tied into my DRL’s as well.

The video I took is too big to load. I’ll get some images this evening when it is dark.

Good choice. I don’t know when “low” is useful, as it is too bright to reasonably exist in civilization. So if I’m in the wilderness I am happy getting as much light as possible. If I come up on others I shut them off… I imagine low would still be absolutely blinding to others!
