Damage report. There may have been some previous dents but I had all painted over it. Any paint missing was new damage.
Got into both front drop brackets, I’ve hit those a few times before. Trans skid and fuel tank skid did their jobs. First time I’ve ever really hit the fuel tank skid or the ASFIR engine skid - that held up/bent a little, but I’m happy with it.
Got into both corners of rear bumper and right bed slider. Hit front bumper and track bar. Rode both diff skids.
Got rash on all four wheels, especially one I had ground up at Last Chance Canyon.
ABSOLUTELY ABUSED the TNT rock sliders. Held up well. At one point we even used them as a Hi-lift jack point ?
At the end of the day, aside from a little cosmetic stuff, nothing broke.

I went with the pro guard 7. It was the only one that was dyno tested, showing improved horsepower and torque. I’ll add that I’ve Ben tracking about 1-2 mpg better mileage as well
Did you add one of their tuners, or just the air box/filter assembly?

Finishing up phase 1 of the annual full detail today - washed and water spots being cleaned away from all surfaces.
I was going to claybar it, but it's looking pretty good with water spots removed, and back to its post full polishing and buffing from last year, so I might skip that.

To do list:
full coat and polish with hybrid ceramic
clean and prep the underside and engine bay for protective coatings (already washed)
coat and polish under the hood
full undercarriage treatment (Chemical Guys Bare Bones)
tires and wheels (wheels off and full detail inside and out
truck bed coat and polish (It's Line-X'd)
tonneau coat and buff
Sunrider cleanup and treatment
detail the inside

That's lint on the hood, from buffing other places. Scared me for a second.

If you had bright white, you'd see that you need to clay bar every spring. I'm amazed every spring how much "rail dust" is in the paint.

Nothing big - took a bunch of weight off the front as I suspect winter is over (no more snow worth moving)
I'm sure it's a lot happier now - I bet each side piece is 7 or so pounds, the bar is heavier than a typical 2" receiver. It sits about 1/4" higher than it did.

Back to bare frame for the summer...... I push out the lower/front two bolts (flag bolts) but the rear one is way back in the frame so I hold it in place with a couple of washers and a nut so it's there for fall reinstallation of all this iron.

Finally got my Safariland QLS holster installed!

Disclaimer: Please follow all applicable state laws regarding concealed carry. In Va, CCW holders may carry a weapon anywhere in their car. Even so, realize that a readily available weapon can reasonably make law enforcement nervous during stops. It’s frequently recommended you disclose the presence of a gun to law enforcement during stops as a courtesy and for your own safety. Also, I don’t recommend leaving firearms in your vehicle, especially in plain site like this.

For carrying while overlanding, especially with a bulky gun, this is a great option. The Safariland QLS system consists of male clips and female receivers that allow you to move your holster to different mounting locations. With this I can use a holster with a paddle on my person and then move it to the vehicle for comfort/convenience. You can also swap out holsters for different guns. Lots of holster manufacturers support the QLS system. I used a Grey Man Tactical QLS integration kit for rigid molle panels and JCR center console panels.

https://greymantactical.com/products/safarilandqlsholsterintegrationkit

I’m not happy with the Grey Man kit. It requires the screws to go from the QLS receiver into Grey Man’s threaded backing plates. The problem is that the screws interfere with the clip. The QLS receiver is supposed to use the provided T nuts.

Also, the Grey Man aluminum backing plates strip out easily and mine did. I would rather use the steel Safariland T nuts and steel bolts. So I drilled the threads out of the plates and went in with the Safariland bolts from the back side.

I also drilled through the QLS receiver and carefully made a recessed space with a forstner bit for one of the molle panel mounting screws. I also used a piece of rubber between the QLS receiver and the molle plate for damping and to accommodate the thinness of the molle and the depth of the backing plates.

The QLS receiver is canted a lot to accommodate the opposite cant of the male QLS clip on the Safariland holster.

I recommend gorilla gluing the screws in place for the molle panel. It’s also worth mentioning that I’m left handed so this is one of those rare cases where it’s an advantage as I can use the same OWB holster mounted to the drivers side of the center console and on my person. I usually carry using a different IWB holster though. The nice thing about this holster is that it’s red dot compatible and it locks with a quick release button.

It fits nicely but there’s no room for a suppressor. A different holster might work but it would have to stand out from the molle panel a bit more.

Not an Sig so I don’t have to worry about shooting holes in the floorboard ?

There’s plenty of room to grab the gun with my right hand yet it doesn’t protrude into my leg. The mount is very sturdy. It’s also at a perfect angle.
