I noticed your running 5w 30 and a different style filter. Curious of the added benefits?
Added benefits? Probably none.

I generally buy my oil on sale or clearance and what grade is available. Sometimes it is 0W-20, 5W-20 or even 5W-30 in this case. Regardless, I do an oil analysis pretty much at ever 5K mile oil change, so I know where my motor is trending.

As to my use of the Baxter oil filter adapter, that is my preference once again.

I do not post my oil changes and what I do seeking peer validation, nor do espouse that what I do is the "best" method. People are smart enough to figure out what works for them.

This looks great…but the one thing I want to mention is “center of gravity “ is not your four wheeling friend. While going higher helps more bed space, it can sneak up on you side hilling. The focus of loading everything heavy as low as possible in the rig will help…
No argument. The recovery gear is low and not heavy. The tools are heavy, but have been a constant in similar form factor for many wheeling trips. I just changed the middle section to drawers.

Absolutely. Your Jeep, your choice.

Thanks, I will def need to install the Teraflex level I have. It added almost 200lbs to the front and was already raked a little more than I like.
200?! Wow. I have a modified steel bumper with extra steel, and a Zeon (heavy) winch and I don’t think I did that much. For what it’s worth, I had sag after making it even heavier, and tried spacers, also teraflex. It didn’t do it. The springs were too soft. I highly recommend teraflex hd springs. It resolved it perfectly.

My experience with ARP and their Black Oxide bolts is they always rust too.
Interesting, the last LS motor I built I used nothing but ARP and no rust at all

You probably don't have a Menard's near you either.

Stayed up til midnight connecting, testing, then soldering a head unit harness to an amp harness. Installing an Alpine mini 200 watt amp to drive the new alpine speakers. It sounds amazing. Harness finally done, so tomorrow I can fix this mess. I continuity tested every connection after soldering. All tested fine.

No, wish I did. Picked up recently a few deals from Walmart online for Quarker State full synthetic and Mobil 1 for about $8 a 5qt jug.
Too good to be true - Better check the expiration dates!
