I was checking under the hood today and holy crap this Mojave hood is way heavier than my JLU was. Anyone know why? I'm sure it's been answered before, but I'm too lazy to search.
Just stick a magnet to it.

Clayton Overland + Diesel 2.5” lift installed over the weekend.

After deducting 1” for the TeraFlex 1” diesel spring spacer, the front gain was 4.25” at at the center of each front fender.

Gain at the center of the rear fender was 2.5 to 2.75” with about 50lbs of stuff in the bed and another 75lbs in the cab.

Before and after:

Alignment will be performed on Sat 1-18 and the wheels and tires will be on in about 2-3 weeks.

even with the stock tires, it feels substantially better on a ride in my opinion that wasn’t really flawed to begin with. My steering wheel is off to the right by about 2° and my traction control lights on. I’m not sure exactly why because I never disconnected the Tie-rod or the link that goes from the steering box to the passenger side attachment point.

i’ll do another fender to ground measurement adjusting for the height difference in the new wheels and tires at about 2000 miles.
The light should be the stability control light, its tripped because of the steering angle sensor

Have had that happen before even with a MOPAR ones. The center cage is supposed to spin freely from the outer cage that holds the media. Sometimes they stick and when you spin the cap on with the filter held by friction fit, it loosens that friction fit to the cap. Really does not hurt anything but helps to check before install that the center cage does spin.
What I do is take fresh oil and and oil that little o-ring on ths bottom of the filter and on top of the filter I wipe oil down in the hole and on the piece in the cap that goes down into the filter. 113,000 never had one twist and I have used Wix oil filters except 2 times I used Amsoil high dollar filters. Change at 50% and then when it is around 10% and also the oil.

@WILDHOBO I have made up my mind that my Wheel Bearing hub assemblies are next on the list for me.

I pre oil the o rings as well. Old habit from oil filters of old. Maybe this one was just bad luck.

Looks great. I'm interested in this too. Question: did you have to remove the hard top panels like the instructions said. When I move the sun visor over I can undo the latch and it looks like the torx screws are fully accessible.
I did remove the hard top panels. Made access a bit easier, but I think it shouldn't be a problem just moving the visor over...

I have these (3.5” version) and their 50” slimline light bar coming Wednesday. Did you go with their harness for the DRL function? I plan on hooking mine up to my Garmin Powerswitch. I assume I’ll lose out on the DRL function or at most lose out on toggling between amber and white. They look badass nonetheless.
I did get the Carnivore harness, but cut out all the relays and fuses since I hooked it up to my factory aux switches. I used aux 3 for the amber DRL and aux 4 for the white LED's. So far, pretty happy!

I lived in Nashville for 32 years. In 2017, before the pandemic, we moved to a small town half way between Nashville and Chattanooga. I continued to commute 75 miles each way to Nashville for two years. I have to say that it was the unhappiest two years of my life. Now I work 5 miles from the house. I make less money but my time is mine. It was the best decision I ever made.

I am waiting on tires so I can get these bad boys mounted up.
