What did you do TO your Gladiator today? [ADMIN WARNING: NO POLITICS, NO GUN TALK]

Have you guys used the left or right button? There are two pages for the MPG display.

Covered in several other threads on that - the whole screen changes to something very different. The instant disappears and other words shift.

It's a totally different page setup from what your two choices are normally.
The "current" disappears and the "range" shifts to the right, to center position.

It changes on its own from this screen - to the above.

This is the other normal screen you refer to - if you scroll left or right, you get this one, perfectly normal -

Technically…that’s how its supposed to work. The CURRENT mpg tends to vanish and you end up with two screens exactly the same.

Not quite the same - the range shifts to the center away from the left position it normally holds.

With help from member @webduelist from the below thread, installed sun load sensor 68230114AB and Auto Headlamp Switch Assembly 68542459AA and enable Auto Headlamps with JScan on my base model 2025 Gladiator.

This was one of the few niggles I had about getting this base model was the lack of Auto Headlamps. So far, this has only been proven out with 2024+ models that came without the auto headlamps which I believe is the base Sport and the NightHawk models.

I almost never leave the dynamic bar screen. Reading all the stuff about it disappearing, it’s funny. I check other screens and then quickly OCD my way back to this screen like a prairie dog running into his burrow. Like Pookie from New Jack City, my green crack bar “it be callin me, man.” As if anything I do changes the mileage. I drive 75 MPH everywhere like a maniac getting the shittiest mileage I can.

But like a weirdo, I’ve got to keep looking at this gauge. And I get excited like when I coast downhill and the green bar yeets up to 99+ MPG for 10 seconds. “Ooooh, I’m really getting it now!” I’m stickin it to the man, coasting everywhere.

Finally installed the new battery I had sitting around for 3 months. The truck instantly drove the same. At least I don’t have to leave it plugged in all the time like an EV.

Today I started the Jeep for the first time after being away for work the last 5 months. I was expecting the batteries to be dead but surprisingly it started right up. It still has the factory batteries from 2022 with 36K miles on them though I do think its time to start looking for replacements.

when on the gas mileage screen press the left or right arrows on the left side of steering wheel. Happened in my 17' cherokee trailhawk. took me a moth to figure it out on accident one day when gf called and i hit the arrow by accident.
