Tearing it down now install the PSC hydro assist setup. While I'm at it I need to flip the front lower control arms and install some shorter front bump stops.

Great job on the quality control, Clayton. Guess I'll just use hockey pucks.

Swapped out the hard top for the soft top today. Just over an hour by myself. I’m gonna give it a day or two to sink in but the hard top will probably be sold soon.

Forest roads, hail storms , trails with mud and rock ,high winds and tree limbs , hedge apples , walnuts. All of which have been successfully repelled via the hardtop.

Add - raccoons and other critters. Some are seeing very large cats in the area again in recent months, too. Coons will shred a soft top. One lady I worked with years ago had her Suzuki top replaced twice in 2 years - critters.

Well we all know mine ain’t a classic, so there’s that part

by the time I sell, it should have 150k plus miles on a diesel engine that seemingly nobody ever wants. I’ll take what I can get. Plus it’ll have a really cool aluminum camper shell on it by then to bring the value back up

I want mine to be a classic eventually. When those punk kids ask why I’m not running 60’s to do fins and things, I can make some comment starting with “in my day”

I can totally relate to that. Unfortunately I drive too much and if Jeep never puts a diesel or a 5.7 in the JT this will sadly be my last one
