Totally get it. But it's a shame. I always hated it when I saw it at my old company before I retired:

After years of trying to get my CarPlay to work consistently, I tried an Ottocast mini bluetooth adapter(I prefer a wired connection whenever possible). I went on a 500 mile trip and the ottocast worked perfect. Only problem was whenever I opened the cab door at camp it would try and connect. So I installed a cutoff switch.

Took it to the shop and tear down has begun, getting ready to install the Motobilt cage.
I hung around and "helped", aka took the parts out to the loaner that weren't going back in it to bring to the house.

Thanks for posting this!!!! I’ve been keeping my eyes open for a weld in or bolt in REAL roll cage.

Suggestion: look into some Longacre pads (or similar) for at least the front half of that cage. I used Longacre for my last cage and they worked fantastic. High density stuff. Push on it with a finger and it’s kinda squishy but punch it and it gives less but still cushions. Having a roll cage is great until you need it and bounce your brain cage off the DOM cage. Then it’s not so good.

Finally got around to opening up some of my Christmas presents. Installed my DV8 door and seat back pockets. I installed my Tacmolle overhead molle panel. I installed a GMRS antenna, and tomorrow I will install the radio.
