Really like this idea. I had plans to use Land Rover 110 benches and a full cage to run kids to the pool and around town...Spending the week on the Outer Banks with the extended family. We are only a few miles from the Currituck Banks Reserve where you can drive the beach with the wild horses. So added some seats to my Gladiator

...but your solution is a lot simpler if the use is low speed, low risk driving. Are the boards bolted to the bed at all? Where did you source the seats?
