What is your Jeep History?

My first and only other Jeep was a rusted out old 1953 CJ 3-A I got for free from a gas station in Fort Lee New Jersey. I hauled it to my rented garage in Ct. It underwent a complete body restoration there then was hauled all the way to West Palm Beach Florida. My plan was to re-engine to a Chevy 327, but before that happened it sold to someone who paid more than three times I had into it! Can’t wait for my second Jeep (Gladiator) to be delivered in a couple of weeks.

Wow I have such a small list compared to some of you! But all of these were/are daily drivers and my only form of transportation other than a motorcycle. So have had my butt in a Jeep basically every day for the past 12-13 years and now I can pickup plywood!

'95 Jeep Wrangler - bare bones, not even carpet, rinky dink tires, softtop. I was poor then, all I was able to afford. Just got out of the Navy and got a civilian job. Loved and hated that vehicle.

You guys with a Brazillian Jeeps in your history are either impressive or certifiable. Probably both

1998 TJ - donated to my brother, still running with over 170,000
2008 JK - 104,000 trouble free miles, decided it just wasn't economically justifiable to swap the weak 3.8 for a V8, sold to make room for a Gladiator
2016 JKU HR - keeping this at least until the VM diesel in the JL has some solid feedback by multiple owners
