Not counting the 1987 Cherokee, 1993 Grand Cherokee, or 2000 Cherokee Classic that my dad had, and I learned to drive on - I personally owned a first gen 2007 JKU Sahara, which I sadly just sold last weekend (after 18 years and 190,000 miles), and my current 2021 JT Mojave. Back down to just one Jeep in the driveway for the first time in 4 years. With a kid about to get his driver’s license, we might have to remedy that!

- a 2017 Wrangler Sahara (with a stick shift NOT made of crayons & paper clips)

… and the .5? A 99 Dodge Durango that shared a lot of parts from the Jeep/Mopar parts bin. (It shared the Jeep’s thirst for gas and ability to never get stuck).

I would like to own an early 70s AMC V8 powered CJ5 some day.

I had a 74 CJ5 with the V8, three speed manual. That was a fun Jeep, that said that was 45 years ago. At my age I don't think it would make my daily driver any more.

My 88 YJ had a nice char mark under the hood from the factory carb. Once I upgraded to a Motorcraft carb it solved the problems with backfiring/fires.
