I had an '89 Jeep Jeep Comanche I bought new. In mid '90s I had a take home car for work and wasn't putting many miles on it. My neighbor begged to buy it repeatedly and I finally gave in. The idiot put a plow on it and was doing commercial jobs, killing it. Got my '00 JT Rubi new. I've only had three new vehicles, the second being a '02 Honda GL1800 (Goldwing.) Though I've gotten my wife several new vehicles.

True. But I'm a little older and I don't want to drive after I shouldn't. Plus, I really miss my old Jeeps. I wish that I had kept my '83. Buying a TJ or CJ now wouldn't be the same. I want to keep what I've got, make memories, and give them to my two boys when I stop driving.

My pops had a Comanche and a Wrangler Renegade, and I think we had a CJ somewhere in the mix as well. The Renegade is what I learned to drive in, and learned how to drive a clutch.

Wow, gorgeous YJ!!!!

I'd kill to have mine back. I was depressed after I sold it in 2003. That lasted until I picked up the JK in 2007. But I never got completely over it.
