Dealer side they put these wheel locks on (not factory). Do they look right? I am not familiar with them but I thought the head should be seated against the rim??

It doesn't look good to me, looks like your wheel is only held on by 4 lug nuts. I'd take it back, demand they remove those and install the regular lug nuts. I'm not a fan of wheel locks.

Yes.
I don't know why they are white looking unless it is just the photo, but that is what the OEM Mopar locks look like in general physically.

I never paid attention to mine, but that’s how mine sit. Mopar locks on Mopar rims. 10,000 miles and no issues, but, I would think they should seat like a normal lug nut.

After looking closer, and backing it off a bit, it does have a “cone” that is seated, beyond the grooves. I have never paid any attention to them, when rotating the tires, or just checking everything for tightness.

Agree with MoxieDad.. GET the OE Lug Nuts from the Dealer.. IN the Pics a "halfass" thief can remove them with good Vicegrips.. stick out too far easy to get on.
