I just want to get rid of the rake

Ahh, I get it.
I'm the opposite, I want my rake back. The camper shell makes it look like it's squatting. I hate squat!

I’m thinking 285/70/17 is where I want to be. Will have a 1.5 inch level. Looking at 17x9 kmc Roswell

With that width, you could run anything from stock to negative offset.

If you think you might run 12.50 wide someday, you'll want to leave yourself a little wiggle room.
