That’s only @$3.70/gallon. Not too bad compared to here. I think it was @$5.39 the other day. I’ll snap a pic at Costco tomorrow if I remember.

The extra 4gal is with the JT with the factory 392.

As mentioned, gassers get a 22gal tank (approx.)-

Most of the time I'm fueling up at or near E, which nets me around 17-17.8gal. Only a couple of times have I stretched it to hit 18-20gal on fill-up. On vacations and road trips I usually bring a jug of gas incase I get caught in an odd distance between stations. 75mi to the next gas and I have 90mi range... and have to go over 8000' pass I didn't know about so my range is actually 60mi.

I could fill up sooner, but that means I have to make one extra stop closer to the destination, and that will likely end up adding 30 minutes or more to the travel time because the passenger princess will want to stop at the travel center and find some souvenir.

Yeah $3.70 a gallon cheapest place around, some stations are charging almost a $1 more than that and since the national average for gas is $4.11 that ain't bad

I noticed on the Jeep phone app, where is lists under "other" is says "4 additional gallons of gas", while under "standard equipment" is lists "22 gallon fuel tank". So does that mean I have a 26 gallon tank ? I know, the easy thing to do is run it almost empty then fill it up. Therein lies the rub; I never run my tank below a quarter tank, never did on any of my vehicles.

So I figure I'd ask here. Did the search but apparently my search-fu skills are weak or I'm the first one to ponder this....

I asked this awhile back. Someone with a dealership connection said, all it was was the fact that they sent them out to the dealers with...four gallons of gas...in them just above the amount that kicked off the low gas yellow light.
