I think that would look sharp. Especially when looking from the side.I like a little “flair” so had the idea of getting those as well. Curious if I could completely cover the letter faces in wide painters tape then use an xacto to trim. Once masked id spray them with Mojave orange. The idea would be all black single layer with just a touch of orange only on the outside edges. Knowing me I’ll someone mess it up and be into the paint thinner.
…only thing stopping me is buying another set of letters and the sunk cost involved. That and of course removing the limitless will be a miserable affair for certain.
Just need to execute it right.I think that would look sharp. Especially when looking from the side.
Sorry, but neither.Which tailgate badge is best. The one from Hauk (Jeep Gladiator JT Tailgate Badging Kit) or the one from Limitless Parts( 2020-2021 Jeep Gladiator Tailgate Replacement Larger Style Lettering)? I like the Hauk for the installation template but like the two color design of the Limitless Parts one. Anyone installed the Limitless Parts kit? Is it easy or a PITA?
No problem my friend!! Honest answers are always welcomed.Sorry, but neither.
Way too big.
Hey you asked.
Not sure but guessing @pixeldecals can/does.Anyone make a decal?
Sure can!Not sure but guessing @pixeldecals can/does.
The holes will be obvious. If they bother you, you'll need a way to fill them in flush.Anyone make a decal?
Was thinking about that. We all know the proper body shop way but…The holes will be obvious. If they bother you, you'll need a way to fill them in flush.
Totally agree. I got the white letters to go on my Sarge Green Mojave---if I ever get the damn thing. This Heritage JEEP one.
Our Gladie is white also and what you did is what I am thinking to do. See you live in Idaho. I live in Featherville if you know where that is.Went with Limitless Parts for my Mojave. Did it myself took some time for sure. Laser level for the top and then a piece of painters tape along the laser level line to use as the go by and snug line.
Ether was helpful to get the former Jeep and dealer emblem adhesive off after initial heat gun and decal tool prying.
I’m in southeastern Idaho, Preston. Our Gladie is white also and what you did is what I am thinking to do. See you live in Idaho. I live in Featherville if you know where that is.
