Wont start or lock doors

Truck would not stop running. 20 minutes later it stopped on its own and I was unable to get it restarted unlock the doors locked the doors or do anything to it at all from the key fob. Key fob is working red light is blinking. Not getting any power to the computer to get any code or anything out of it. Does anybody know what might be wrong.

Someone else reported a similar problem a few weeks ago. Try a system reboot, disconnect both batteries so all power is removed for about ten minutes.

Disconnect negative from main battery, separate secondary negative from primary clamp.
Let sit 10-15 minutes, reconnect.
If that doesn't work and it's still under warranty, call the dealer.

Check fuse from aux battery as well

Hi do they fixed? mine had the same issue and dealer determined that a faulty bracket and ping from the PDC was causing the issue, interment open circuit was preventing to deliver 12 V to the RF hub, they replaced the PDC and issue was gone.
