Sorry guys this Is a long one. I purchased my Mojave last year in July. I used my jeep as a daily driver for work and very little off-road on my ranch. In February I had a rear axle seal start to leak. No big deal. I took it to the service department at maxwell Chrysler in Castroville, TX I was informed it would be 60 days before the could get the parts in and they would have to replace the entire rear axle. I was a good sport everyone is having a hard time getting any stock in. After 60 days parts arrived and service was completed… two week later my jeep rear diff locker starts to think it’s engaging despite it not being engaged. Took it back to Castroville they said it would be 45 days for that part but I could drive it. That module was replaced but both the rear and front axles had to be replaced? After I waited on that to be completed for weeks I picked my jeep up and not fifteen minutes later I had diff oil pouring on the ground again. I took it back and the mechanic informed me he had used the old seals. I decided to contact customer care. They assigned me a case number said they might reimburse me for some of the payments. Then basically ghosted me. I could never get a hold of my rep through email or calls. Until the repair was made weeks later she said my case was closed heres a hundred thousand mile warranty…good luck. Before I picked it up the service manager at the dealership called me and asked me not too fill out a customer satisfaction survey or they would receive a failing grade for the month. Well, that repair lasted 2 weeks and the bolts started falling out of the front end. If you have ever had a track arm come loose at 75 that’s definitely an “O Shit” Moment. Taking a hard left turn at 75 in the middle of the worst death wobble I have ever seen. Needles to say could have ended poorly. I was also 40 miles from any form of civilization 200 miles from home topless and doorless. I limped it to the nearest one horse town and called roadside. Roadside said the would only tow it to del rio and leave it at the dealership on the street on Sunday and that if I needed a ride or have it towed anywhere else I needed to talk to customer care. I explained to her that it was Sunday and they were not open but she transferred me anyway without assigning a tow truck. Del rio is on the border and not a place you probably want to park a vehicle with no doors. So I decided to bum a ride home and leave the jeep where it sat until Monday. I tried contacting customer care first thing Monday and they informed me I had to go through my old case manager. So I left a message and they said she would contact me in a couple days. In the mean time I lined up a tow truck and had it towed to the dealership in del rio. Ram country in del rio was great Jose got right on the repair. I didn’t here from customer care until Wednesday at 6 or 7 at night through a form email. I tried to call her no answer left a massage and she never got back to me. I called the main line on Thursday and had them get her on the phone. All she did was call del rio and confirm the repair was made. I asked her about having my vehicle transported to a closer dealership. She said she had to talk to her manager and he had left for the day but would contact me first thing in the morning. I didn’t want to hold my breath on that and Jose agreed to meet me after hours to pick up my jeep in del rio. This brings us up to date it is now 1:49 and Stellantis still has not contacted me!
