Death Valley is pretty cool. Unfortunately we did it in a rented motorhome before we got the JT this year. Where did you go? It is a huge freaky place.
Gosh, where didn't we go? It's a long list, including the usual like Race Track and Eureka Dunes, and to be honest we covered more ground each day than I normally would like...200 miles of just dirt. Started on the south end and exited the north 3 days later. Highlights for me were Lippincott Trail and the steps of Dedeckera Canyon.

Man I'm jealous lol. Like I said we were in a motorhome but we got to see a lot of cool stuff but it was one of the reasons I bought the JT. Tow a small camper and explore. The wife is not really into ruffing it for multiple days (nor I at 55 lol). Sounds like a great trip. Hope to go up there again a little more equipped in the future.

Front seat jacker: https://desertdoesit.com/products/2...tor-front-seat-jackers?variant=32674091335762

Both were easy to install and have made so much difference in comfort! Would do it again and twice on Sunday...

I cannot overstate how much better my driving position is now - love my Jeep even more.
So I clicked on the link and saw there "Seat Slammer" product.......man that is intriguing. My seat is all the way back and top of my head can bang the cross bar. If I were rear-ended, I'm afraid I'm in for quite a headache. Anybody have experience with these? I'm a little anxious due to the cutting required on the seat.

Wireless CarPlay adapter has been super clutch.
I *like* mine, but can't give it a glowing rating since it doesn't sync with Uconnect as well as would be ideal. Still beats having to plug in, but I have to hit "accept" on the Uconnect and then x out of the wireless screen every time I get in. I mainly point this out because if I'm "doing it wrong" would love to correct that.

Not sure which one you use. I got this one off Amazon:
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08MT96H2D/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_M75FERNKCYZGNX5WYPSS
I don’t have to touch anything on the screen it automatically connects. Only issue I have is occasionally it won’t connect and I have unplug the dongle and plug it back in. I have it connected to the USB port in my center console so it’s tucked away, out of sight.

Obviously suspension and tires, but my next favorite is the Shadeidea 2 piece sunshade I got for when the top is off
Agree. Once it gets into July and August a sunshade is a must. I don't know how convertible car folks deal with intense sun.

I returned the one-piece Shadidea for the 2 piece. Looks a lot better and provides more versatility.
