Your thoughts on MY23?

With the MY22 coming out a bit later than usual do you think they will have a short year? Wondering if Jeep will try to get back to their more traditional timeline of releasing the new 23 model year or maybe it will be released late like the 22 was. Most new model years seem to come out fairly early in the year. Just makes me wonder if they try to get back to the regular timeline if the 22's with the limited colors get pushed through fairly quickly.

Yeah at one point I expected greatness from '22 or '23, but that's pretty much not happening now, IMO. I expect MY24 to have whatever refreshes the JL gets in '23, plus some different engine options (maybe). Interested to see how the GME-6t goes.

Well I'm sitting here rolling the dice back and forth on ordering one or wait to see if the MY23 comes out at mid year. I would say it will be delayed just like the 22's have been.

It might not happen this way, but I can see them updating the JT a year after the JL. If a MY22 floats your boat, just go for it.

I think the Wrangler refresh will be late 2023 (closer to 2024) and the subsequent Gladiator refresh deep into 2024. So those waiting for new stuff will be waiting a good long while.

Have no idea about the dash. In my opinion the dash is almost perfect now. But the console, well it's basically worthless. Storage bin is tiny. One cup holder sits partially under the console lid which interferes with it. Shifter is only inches from the AUX buttons which interferes with those. So anyway, they've been gauging customer opinion on how they should fix it. But, the idiots shaved almost 2" of width out of the JL/JT body so I don't see how on earth they can do much more with it. There just isn't enough space. We'll see what they come up with.
