Z96 Recall - Delays Getting Parts?

Just checking to see if anyone else has had a hard time getting their Z96 recall addressed. I've been trying for 6 months now and every time the dealers (now trying multiple) have either "forgotten" to order the part, reordered the part, or told me they had the part and set up service but then told me after I left the vehicle with them, that they didn't have the part.

At this point, should I call @JeepCares ?

I would try I a different dealership. I took mine into the dealership so they could fill out the paperwork and order the parts on a Thursday and they called me back the following Monday letting me the parts were in. I dropped it off this morning at 7AM to complete it.

I'll try this angle more aggressively. I'm already at two dealerships giving me the run-around on this. Maybe the third one is the charm?

That's what I do. I think I just lucky with a good dealership. Mine was 2.5 weeks from start to finish and it would have been about a week and half if I wasn't out of town for a week. I know some other members have stated they are at 6 months or longer and still waiting for the parts to come in to get it done.

I checked a couple local dealerships in the Fort Worth area before mine got done. Their stories were consistent.

I had to sign up on a wait list and the parts took about 4 months to "come in". Once I scheduled my repair it was done within 24hours.
