So, thanks to the recommendation that I reach out to Fox, again, and ask them about rebuild intervals that I got in my thread I posted yesterday, I did, and got an answer. They said they are on the same type intervals as the Raptor and referred me to this link and chart…

https://www.ridefox.com/service.php?m=truck

So, it looks like a maximum of 50,000 miles before rebuild. I hope folks find this helpful.

Silly question -- I assume that we pull t hem and send them to where ever and they get squared away. Cool. Do we just put regular shocks on during this time? I can't image the amount of owners that are single threaded on vehicles or can't let their vehicle sit for a week or two while shocks get serviced.

tickling 15k miles so I guess I have some time to think.

I wonder if they can add any adjustable options?

Yeah, I’m working on a plan for this myself!

Yikes...I just turned over 32k. I'll probably hit 50k before Christmas. Luckily I do have a JK I can drive while they are being rebuilt. Anyone know how long it takes for a rebuild?

No clue, might check the raptor forums for this information…Otherwise, I guess one of us will wind up being the Guinea pig…

When I asked about turn around time they quoted me 6-8 weeks
Well, that blows. I will have to figure something out then. I do have a commuter car, but I cannot be without my truck for two months.

Fox should be sending out previously rebuilt replacements when yours arrive. This is what I was told by a Fox rep for their coil overs a few yrs back on a different rig. Otherwise this is a total shit service. 8 weeks, how about we all just upgrade to a different brand at that point...

Since I am not the Fox warehouse I can't say! They have to start somewhere with having replacement parts when ppl need rebuilds.

If I had to wait 8 weeks I would simply never purchase another Fox product. Even if the rebuild was free, one would need to have another vehicle or buy other shocks for the time... not realistic at all.

I've had Fox shocks on many vehicles, including one Jeep that had 70000 miles on the Fox shocks with a lot of disconnected wheeling where the shock was the travel limiting factor and they were working perfectly great still..

I think ppl talk too much about this with no real experience.
