What is an unpopular opinion you have in the Jeep community?

Having just now driven my old truck at night, I can now present my opinion that the JT halogen headlights are actually quite good! Those 90s aero headlights sure are dim.

Edit: And the 80s 4-eyes glass cubes were really good. That dedicated high beam was a scorcher.

Don’t care how cool the Jeep looks, but nobody can look good trying to climb into a vehicle 2’ too tall.

You could have John Wayne behind the wheel, Sinatra riding shotgun, with Chuck Norris and Lee Marvin in the back, and they’d still look like drunk giraffes on roller skates while trying to climb into a massively lifted Jeep with huge tires.
Who is Lee Marvin? (just kidding) I am surprised nobody's actually asked that. I would rather see Steve McQueen riding shotgun, Paul Newman driving, Vick Murrow in the back with Lee Marvin

the obsession with MPGs. Just about every thread has some discussion of MPG.

Jeep should have and still should offer a 2 door Gladiator.

The 4 door thing is why I waited so long to buy one, I have a dislike for 4 door vehicles and the idea had to grow on me. And of course my wife wanting one had a lot to do with it ! If Martha wants it, Martha gets it .:involve:

With gasoline at $5.00 a gallon and diesel over $6.00, why wouldn't people obsess about MPGs?

I just got new tires for my JT. I was tempted to get 35s, but didn't want to kill my MPGs or switch out the gears.

This is sure to twist some ppl - and please know this is just my own personal preference/opinion!

Orange should not be the primary color of any car, truck, or motorcycle. (I like them as accents and highlights - especially off of black vehicles. Just not the primary color.)

Sorry Punk'n fans! You do you... will just not be any car I own. LOL

That the Gladiator is a stupid work truck. $10k more than an equivalent Ranger or Colorado and no more capable.

(If you are a one man show and want to drive a truck that is also great for weekends, its different. I'm talking about a pure work truck)

My biggest fear is that the guy who ran off with my wife will return her.....
I have a friend who was divorced about 10 years ago. About 5 years ago he told me his wife had a serious boyfriend. I asked if he was bothered by that.

"F&^k no!!" was his reply.

"She's happy now. Dealing with her with the kids now is a breeze. If she was this nice I probably wouldn't have divorced her.".
