How about a bumper mounted swing tire mount and a 2nd gas tank. That can easily be done. Add some 4.88 gears.

Hanging a tire that far off the back can cause some questionable handling characteristics and gets in the way of the truck doing truck things. Something like that is very niche and best left to aftermarket mods.

Provision the bed/frame for an optional swing tailgate similar to the Ridgeline. Adding the option when ordering new or offer as an accessory would be awesome.

WHat they said,.... Plus how about windows that also auto roll up?

And button settings that stay set the net time you start it up, without a Tazer.

Digging up this thread because I had one of those ... what do you call 'em? It's like a headache, but with pictures.

Ditch the removable roof.


All of that and you just have to give up 6" or so of your fully open top.

Current direction is leaning heavily in favor of a Ram rebadge, ala Chevy/GMC
