If you started your Gladiator build over tomorrow, what would you do differently?

I really would have liked to get the sarg green color. Though white isn't bad when you add some black colored bits. I do really like the sarg green but this gladiator had most everything I wanted. Should have just ordered one instead of buying off the lot.

Have you ever put the RTT on the chopping block, or has it earned its spot enough that it's non-negotiable?
The rtt I have is 165 lb and a smaller model of the iKamper would save me about 25 lb. That doesn't seem worth the trouble or expense. It's not non-negotiable but it would be a huge expense for just a few pounds. I really love the iKamper, it has space for a mattress, blankets, sheets which is very convenient.

Looking at the items in your signature maybe a lighter RTT, bed rack and your skids if they are not already aluminum?
The AluCab cab shell is not negotiable. It is rock solid. I guess I could trade the rock hard LCA and shock skids for something that is aluminum but I think the weight difference would be very small.

I appreciate all this feedback

Ah yea only saving 25lbs doesn't seem worth the effort or expense. Heard great things about the iKamper too.
