Has anyone experienced a package being lost in transit with FedEx? The tracking went from showing as a projected delivery of Wednesday (8/15) and then was updated with a “In Transit” notice with a big red status warning.
I called today, spoke with a real live helpful human (shocking these days), and after a brief hold…my information was taken and an investigation initiated. Not long after that call, I received a follow-up call from an equally helpful manager that took down some information, including what was in the box.
If anyone has run into this before, how long did it take for your investigation to be resolved? Interestingly enough…this is my second package stolen in transit with FedEx thIs year.?
p.s. Going ahead and throwing this out there, as it’ll probably result in me getting a follow-up call promptly with an update of: 1. We found it, or 2. No idea where it went. Don’t really care either way. I just want it resolved.
