Ordered a Mojave sept 16th 2023. Missed selec-trac, took dealer til D1 status Oct 7th to reply and say they would re-order.

Adding selec-trac ($795.00) to the same order. Pricing of today adds thousands of dollars and it' more than msrp on jeep.com

Am I getting taken? I've attached both pieces of paper work.

No, there was another price increase last week. Website builder has some of it added already, but not all. Pretty much every option went up.

Exact same thing happened to me. I placed an order back in aug for a loaded JTR but the dealer forgot to add full time 4wd. once I noticed it was too late and had to place a new order last week and my price went up over 2k for the same jeep but with the $795 full time 4wd. sucks but it is what it is. They are honoring invoice pricing on mine but they were before too. Just wish I would have caught it the first time.

I do know adding select trac changed transmission and raised price on mine. Maybe that’s the price change? Both look legit to me

Prices definitely went up and are not reflected on the Jeep website yet. Maybe take the other jeep and not worry about selecttrac if you want those savings? :)

I hear you that sat on my order/request to change it for a good two weeks before making a decision.. why would they wait until it was in a status of manufacture that couldn’t be canceled ?? They actually have to take on the incorrect order now ugg and I pay 2700.00 for seiec trac ;) I still think it’s worth it for my climate raid conditions

Just for shits and giggles I specced out a 2023 build exactly like my 2021 purchased in July 2021…MSRP is $4750 higher now! :surprised:

Cheers
Completely believable.. I thought chips materials etc were becoming more plentiful..

Yea same here. At the end of the day I’d rather pay the price increase and have it than not. I’m sure we will forget all about it once we get them.

This isn't really a chip thing. It's inflation. This is what it looks like.

Heck, look at what you could get a brand new truck for in 2000 vs today. Pickup trucks will only get more expensive as time goes on.

My though as well. No way I’d pay an additional $2700 on a new order to get that option. And wait even longer for it to arrive.
