Me too. Coming from a 2018 Tacoma that had three recalls, it's a relief in a way. My JTR is much more tractable off-road with locking front and rear diffs, sway bar disconnect, and just lower gears. Many complain about the high reverse, but it's lower than the Tacoma TRDPro I had. Plus the Jeep look brings me back to the M38A1 and CJ-5 I had in the late 60s into the 80s.

ain't that the freakin truth! i get tired of hearing from someone who always pipes up and says .... well back in Ohiooooooooooo we did it like this.

here's a hint. when you move from one state to another, don't go in there telling everyone they are wrong or dumb and you know better. it goes over like a turd in a punch bowl.

I hate that they cheaped out on the hands free keyless entry.

My old car would unlock as you approached either the front or rear doors.
It also had locking buttons on the front and rear doors.

The Jeep only has these sensors and this switch on the front door. So if you are going into the rear doors you have to walk to the front door, unlock it and then go back to the rear.

Yes, if this is all I have to piss and moan about then my life is good. I embrace that.

But if they are going to offer a feature, then implement it right.
