Rsi told me that’s why their caps are modular so you can replace pieces if you go offroad and damage it. Maybe it’s something you have to contact them about vs just being able to go online and order one. I mean you can’t even get a cap from them right now, so I doubt they would sell pieces.

That's my "read between the lines" of the messages. Hoping someday they can get ahead. Happy they are being successful. Now, if anyone has and EvoA and wants a single glass door....

@OneTraveler I expected lead times to shrink and more options on parts/accessories to become available early this year since the Texas facility was supposed to open. Haven't heard about it in awhile. Wonder if they had issues getting it launched or if it did open and they are still ramping up. Maybe @SmartCap can shed some light on the status of that new facility?

We are running up against a few final details that are delaying the opening of production at the new Fort Worth facility. We expect them to be cleared up in the next week or so, and should be able to begin producing and shipping SmartCaps very shortly.
With regards to adding in more options for parts and accessories, it is definitely part of the plan, but with the delay in opening the new facility, it has pushed out that as well. We don't have a definitive date yet, but will announce that (and any other SmartCap news), via our email list – The Tribe.

Mine took a full 8 months,, but I think it is safe to say that your wait is nearing and end. The longest wait I heard was about 9 months. Fingers crossed for you. Nice JT's!

yes i was going to run it to a separate portable battery like i will use for my awning lights. But in reality i need the cab light more than i use my awning lights. I changed the settings and bed lights stay on much longer. Just need to finish tucking wires now.

Looks good! Similar to what I did with mine. Found perfectly sized adhesive rock lights (set of 8) that I put on the ceiling. Works perfectly.

What are you using that that ceiling storage? Is that netting? A bag? Couldn't tell.

When i bought the FrontRunner rack it came with a free pop up tent and i just strapped it up there using Eye bolts and straps

I've bought so much Frontrunner stuff...I've never gotten anything free!

I made a rack/shelf in my NIssan Xterra before using those white closet shelf racks from Home Depot/ Lowe's. I might look into that again
