Have you tried putting your spare there with the stock track bar?

I'm running 37: Toyo R/Ts and if I drop the spare to about 20#, it fits in there. I also have the factory receiver hitch which does intrude on that space about 1/4", which I remedied with an angle grinder...

Had the issue with the hitch, easy fix ya.... but the tire rubbing on the moving track bar is not something I want... not sure what tire you have either and we all know 37" means something different to each of tire manufactures

FWIW, I have been running mine that way for 2 years and there is no visible "damage" to either the track bar or the tire tread. I don't think there is a ton of movement there. I'm not saying it can't be an issue...but is it?

I've upgraded parts for way less justification, but maybe that money is spent on better upgrades?

As far as I know Clayton is the only game in town with a clearanced rear trackbar. Most other companies don't really put in a ton of effort on JT specific items.

Synergy Mfg is my pick. I personally love the double adjustor setup so you don't have to remove an end to make adjustments.

Curious what your beef is with Clayton. I can't be the only one.
It's fiscal mostly, price went up 60.00+ 30.00 shipping after i had in the basket ready to pay... but a snippy reply from customer service sealed thier fate...
Rustys customer service saved the sale when I second guessed the lift and even convinced me to upgrade to thier shocks (great system btw, 100% recomend), it was 100% because of the person who i dealt with..., now I'm looking to do a 2nd kit on the wife's JLURD.....

Fair enough, although everything is going up in price even our beloved Jeeps. I almost fell out of my chair the other day when I priced an identical JT one year later to see the MSRP increased by $5,600!!. Safe to say I would have been skipping some options.

Ya I get that, and I understand it to a point.... a bit excessive considering they also charge shipping.... but it was the curt reply that ended any relationship...
