Not conclusive, but I couldn’t see a spacer attached to the wheel as it coming to rest near the Kia. Lots of possibilities there.

Could have separated at the bearing hub also.
You can see the truck riding on its caliper. There is still more than one possibility, but short further evidence: when you hear hoofprints think horses not zebras.

I seen this video yesterday. Everytime I watch it, I go DAMN!. I stopped the video at the 56 second mark. Looks like the disc rotor is still attached to the wheel.

Drive for a living, seen this happen half dozen times, mostly GMs with crazy offsets on their rims. Too much stress on the spindles?? Always front axels, at least the ones I’ve seen.

The driver waking away from this is almost as crazy as the video. What kind of roll cage do these Kia’s have?

Quite amazing no one was killed...figured next was gonna be the kia getting slammed by a semi running the typical 80mph. From what I could see, and going frame by frame, looks like the brake rotor was attached to the wheel still...

If I was in either vehicle, I'd never get that stain out of my pants. That's insane!
