2023 Jeep Gladiator Order…What step are you in?

Any incentive I brought up in question, I was asked to provide the code or info on it, as not all have the same terms about order/delivery. But I was told the $3k going on during my March order was good on orders (same with the additional $750 incentive. The $1k from the site was locked right away). And I was told that at delivery I could take whichever incentive was better. The ones at time of order, OR the ones at time of pickup.

That's really cool and makes a ton of sense. One of the driving factors for me was the incentives at the time of ordering so it makes sense they would honor that or whatever is going on at time of pickup.

Well looks like we are picking up our Jeep this Friday!! Only little issue is that the dealership doesn't take wire transfers and now I have to figure out how to get a check from USAA in Maryland in 2 days. Would be really lame if this whole thing gets derailed because I'm not giving the dealership my money the right way.

Travis at Tri-City Jeep emailed me this morning that my Gladiator order has arrived. I will be picking up the Jeep on Thursday!

Well looks like we are picking up our Jeep this Friday!! Only little issue is that the dealership doesn't take wire transfers and now I have to figure out how to get a check from USAA in Maryland in 2 days. Would be really lame if this whole thing gets derailed because I'm not giving the dealership my money the right way.

I just got the email from my dealer about picking mine up! I am hoping for Monday, I just submitted my loan application and hope it goes smoothly! Excited to see your pics!

The Sarge color is way cooler in person. Really happy with the hood decal we got too. Haven’t seen it in person at all so it was a bit of a gamble.

My March 6th JTRD order is still marked in production on both tracking sites but delivery date has now gone negative to -4 days ?. Info from the dealer shows it's built and sitting at the Toledo rail yard, likely waiting for the hpfp.

@JeepCares tracking system is an absolute shit show. Their communication with customers who have waited hundreds of days is even worse.

@JeepCares I've been trying every avenue available to me to try to get answers, but it seems the highest level of communication Jeep is capable of is an automated non-answer reply that takes 2 weeks to receive.

Amazing to see a company of this scope doesn't seem to employ anyone who has the remotest idea of what is going on.

I call my dealer, they tell me Jeep doesn't really give them info, and to try reaching out to them directly. I get in touch with any subdivision at Jeep and I'm told to "get in touch with my dealer".

I didn't buy a $10 toy car. I committed to a $60k PLUS purchase and the customer service I have experienced has been abyssmal.

Exactly. @JeepCares to add to that, we haven't had build dates or even a hint for when the manual trans gladiators will resume production. We haven't had a build date since they regressed due to the production halt on 2/16... that was over 4 months ago! It is almost 5 months since we each ordered and we can't even get a hint at when they might go into production? Any indication at all so that we can plan our lives accordingly??? I can't get any information from customer service or the dealer. I missed out on the Earl color I ordered because that stopped production. If I could cancel my order without losing my deposit I would have already because this is despicable business practice. All I'm asking for is a date window, even if its a guess!
