It was a very lightly used CPO. I doubt that the PO kept it. Perhaps the original selling dealer forgot but my dealer said they didn't have it and to call Jeep and they would get me one.
I can print off pages from the PDF IF I have to. Don't really want to print 200 or so 8.5x11 pages to keep in the Jeep.
I am with you but giving options if the reality is Jeep will not provide one and you want a glove box size manual.

I'd recommend you start taking with the sales department then go from there up to a manager. It seems that someone probably took "the goodies" from that vehicle. That is one thing that I always want in my vehicle(s) I've still got e XJ owner manuals, MJ and my TJ Unlimited all are in the glove box. My TJ is in it's camo bag with warranty cards etc but stuffed under the seat. And a PDF copy on my phone, that I downloaded months before I got mine and had read it too. Did you get the 1/4 ratcheting wrench and bit set? If not that's something else.
They stopped providing a full printed Owners Manual with the vehicles. They only include a printed "Owners Handbook" that is very truncated with just limited basics. They expect new owners to download the PDF or use the APP if they want access to a full owners manual in digital format.

I agree with you, except I would like the heated steering wheel and seats in Wisconsin but the Cold Weather Group did not come in my 2025 Nighthawk. I am ordering the $60.00 printed owner's manual. I also prefer a printed book. Technology is not always reliable when you need to look up something and your phone in at home and you don't have a WIFI connection out in the country. I am very disappointed that Jeep no longer gives you that nice heavy duty Canvas Jeep Logo Owner's Manual book bag. For $60.00 I want to keep my manual in good condition for the next 20 years and those canvas book bags were perfect. I kept my manuals in the one that came with my 1995 Liberty and it is still in good condition. I have been using it for small tools but if the new 2025 Manual will fit in it, that will be alright. I can always find a small tool bag.I was wondering about this...Not surprise they put the owness on the customer, the way of the world today, well beyond "Jeep".
I'm old school and want a hard copy, nothing like curling up with a book with a cup of coffee and your favorate recliner...
Not only that you can take it out to the car and place it on the hood, engine or whatever, get it a little dirty (a good sign), drop it with impunity, whatever (can't do that with your laptop, well you could but it will cost you ;-)).
Another WTH, 50-60+ K$ for a Truck and no hard copy manual unless you ask for it...Goes on the same list as no locking gas cap, no hood-lock, and no CD player...What will they think of "next"! -LOL
Does it come with a stearing wheel? LoL! Oh yea, they added one so they can charge you for the heated stearing wheel "Group" - LOL!
Now how the heck did we ever survive all these years without a heated stearing wheel! LOL.
Well as long as Jeep has their priority's right, a heated stearing wheel is way more important then the other items I mentioned above.
