I know it has been mentioned before. Maybe a mod will notice the thread and have more influence letting Jeep know than I have? Weak sauce that it is still not fixed. A bit embarrassing to advertise it in the welcome brochure and have it screwed up. Not the best confidence booster.

In the meantime, does anyone her know Mandarin?

Thanks for the reply. Since you suggested my device, I tried my iPhone. I got it on my iPhone now just fine. Sent the link to my iPad and it is in Chinese again. I read the comments on the Apple app store and there are a lot of people saying their iPad is Chinese while their iPhone is not. Really weird. If you have an iPad, you should read the comments in the App Store—good humor.

Strange since the app doesn’t delineate between devices. Either way, thank you, I have it on a device now.

Jeep does not have an app for iPad. If you look at the developer for the app you have, it is “Stellantis Asia Pacific Investment Company Limited. The iPhone app developer is “FCA US LLC”. They are not the same.

I just went into my app and its in English, but some info is GONE, like my dealer. I actually prefer the Uconnect app better. Jeep told me a few months ago the UConnect was going away- and it hasn't updated in over a week.

The Jeep app recently updated. It works okay, most of the time. My dealer info is not always there. Sometimes it shows my dealer, and sometimes it shows the choose dealer message. I haven't tried anything other than remote start since the latest update installed.

The Uconnect App still works for me. I used it last night to remote start. The Jeep app wanted me to accept the new privacy policy, but was giving me a failure message when I tried, so I gave up.
