Thanks for the info, how heavy would you say it is?I have a bed cover. I lay a beach towel on the bed cover, slide the top back enough to sit the back edge on the towel and then I tip it up. From there, I slide it to the driver side on the towel and carry it away.

This is how I have been removing, storing and reinstalling the hardtop for my 1998 Wrangler TJ. I'm 76 and weak as a kitten, but I can handle this by myself. If I ever remove the top on my JT, I intend to do it the same way.4 eye bolts in the ceiling of my garage, 4 cam buckle straps. Lift each corner a little, hook a strap to that corner, and pull it up. I do all 4 a little at a time...
ThanksWeight isn't necessarily the problem, It's more so that it's a bit awkward moving it around. Old blankets and short, planned-out moves is the key
