Trouble shooting start stop

So I had battery issues in July and replaced main and then replaced Aux battery. At some point I installed OEM Aux switches. While hooking Aux battery back up I slipped and got a spark show. Now I get start stop not ready. I just replaced the fuse-z strip by fuse box. It still doesn’t work. Fuse 42 is visibly good. Looking for stuff to trouble shoot.

if you have trouble shooting the Auto Stop Start try using a shotgun. ?

seriously you might look at F 43... youl likely shorted somethingon the panel

When you replaced the batteries, were they fully charged prior to install?
I assume you had the IBS disconnected and set aside while doing the main battery - that will reset it.
With batteries fully charged, and IBS reset, things will relearn and normally are fine.

Why do they make goofy faces, then spend half the time of the video wasting time of the viewer. Get to the point of the video.........

What is the voltage as measured at the terminals of the main battery?

seriously you might look at F 43... youl likely shorted somethingon the panel

Jeep informant gives good advice about the high amp fuse relays that saves folks $$ as opposed to dealer simply replacing entire PCM... maybe testing those high amp fuse relays as they are inexpensive snd mighr be blown

I did not check voltage when I installed batteries. I will check the voltage at terminals when I get home. What is IBS?

Are you referring to the high current fuse array - or relays?

Why would a dealer replace an entire PCM over a blown fuse?
PCM has nothing to do with power distribution, fuses or relays - it's on the driver/left side of the engine bay apart from all else and they require codes to be found to replace that.

Tyson touches on several issues these Jeeps can suffer from, and must have a lot of those high current fuses since he throws one into his yard.
