They should have attached the strap. Mine has one attached to both sides and hangs down.

Love mine with the Sarge Green. Makes Jeep Gladiator look like a Humvee. Is very light weight at about 250 pounds and love the height not taller than roof. Also the locks on side and back a bonus.

I don't think the target audience is concerned about loss of cargo space. I'm sure they will eventually complain about it, but for most interested, they probably prefer fashion over function.

Looks great if your in new jersey I used urban jeep outfitters. They ordered it for me took delivery and installed it. It's about 500 pounds of solid steel

How is visibility out the rear window?

Have you had the top off the jeep since you put the topper on? If so any concerns? Buffering?... etc

How is it holding up?

Visibility is ok but not great. There is a window with slats. But I drive with the back up camera on

I am currently waiting on mine to arrive, and have a few questions.
-is the GAIA badge on the window a sticker? /removable?
Details on you set up for attaching. Clamps or rails?
Has there been a comparison to the GAIA and the Alibaba yet?

Glad yours turned out great and it looks awesome! I ended up cancelling my order with Gaia after it was delayed yet again. They were great with refunding me the full amount.

I have an RSI smartcap in my garage built and about to be put on and will take some photos of it on the jeep.

Just a word of warning, the fastback style cap is also available on alibaba so I'm not sure how great the quality of all of them are. Gaia definitely is just an importer of it and not the manufacturer.

Looks a bit different, the side panels are smaller, the back glass dimensions are off, and the grab handles are chrome. There one also on AliExpress that has the grab handles on the hatch itself. Gaia's seems to have more than one knock-off.

Had mine on for about 2 months know I believe there all made in China shipped here slap a sticker on it and raise the price tag got mine for 1500.00 bucks same pic different time of day made screens for the side
Windows have some LEDS inside get alot of people liking it some do some dont I know I do fit my 2 mountain bikes inside with front tires off and a 14 foot and a 12 foot kayak not at same time with a bed extender on of course.
