The Gladiator has a full roll cage.
i wouldn't call it a roll cage. Its just tacked stamped sheet metal. which is practically nothing compared to a true 8 point DOM tubing cage.

If I drive it naked my ass sticks to the seat when it's hot outside and don't even get me started on the sunburn for Captain winky ?

I would like some feedback or some help understanding why more people that own gladiators or wranglers don’t take the doors and top off when the weather is nice. I have a hard top Mojave and whenever the weather gets 73 or higher I take the doors and entire top off. The reason I bought a gladiator was for the truck bed, off road potential and the ability to take the doors and top off. The way I see it is if you’re not going to do that why get a jeep. There are other options out there with bigger engines and towing capacity. I get that some owners are soccer moms and young kids that just think it looks cool but I’ve driven by guys my age in their forties on a nice day with the windows up. I just don’t get it. Give me some different perspectives please. Thanks
Ever been to the mojave desert in the summer? I'll stick with closed up and the ac on thanks. Most off roading in general sucks with the top and doors off. 120⁰? No thanks. Mud, sand, snow, dust? Again no thanks. I bought my mojave to drive freeway speeds in the desert and almost no time of the year is that fun naked.

Patrolling the Mojave makes you wish for a nuclear winter

My problem is that I live in a rental house on the second row from the ocean. The nightly moisture and salt spray would wreck the interior. I take the Freedom Panels off whenever the weather is warm and take the back top off on weekends. At night, I simply seat the back cover on and then pop the FPs back in place. Heavy for my wife to get one side.

HOWEVER, my house rebuild will be ready in two months and I will have a garage for the first time since getting the Jeep. At that point, I will likely take the top and doors off and only drive when the weather is good (which is most of the time). I have to think about the back doors though—my dog loves the Jeep as much as I do. I have a dog cover for the backseat that zips to a hammock configuration. I will likely look into a harness. He rides in the bed of the truck when he is wet and is fine.

Driving naked is the best! It makes driving the Jeep such much more fun. I do it as much as possible, well sort of…. April to october I have the soft top and open it up every time I drive anywhere as long it’s not raining. If there’s two or more straight days of not shitty weather in the forecast, I take off the front doors but leave the rear doors on so my dog doesn’t jump out. It looks a bit goofy but I don’t care, I love it!
