Company called "Wheels Pro" has acquired a shit load of off road brands to include 4WP and Teraflex of late under the umbrella of a capital fund group financing it all. In typical fashion when these capital fund groups buy out and acquire a new company, they either gut right away and sell off the capital assets or borrow heavily in these new companies name straddling them with heavy debt with the Capital Fund Group taking their cut up top of the loan first, then if the company fails, they can declare surgical bankruptcy of just that business and write off the debt. Basically legal thievery.

4WP went belly up. 4WP was bought. Company that bought 4WP sold off a bunch of stores.
Another company bought up said stores and opened a new store for the same thing trying to gain the customers that thought it was 4WP still.

Funny… I’ll avoid them because they might still have a hint of 4WP in them.
