EBay - Generic OEM style Stubby Bumper - Thoughts?

For those that did buy eBay compatible skid plate. Didn’t come with any hardware? …. Does the bumper hardware have what is needed? … trying to be prepared for install …. Wondering If I am going to need to try and buy hardware separate? Ty!!!

Also … if I don’t initially plan on installing winch, can the bumper be installed without the winch plate attached inside?

Buy your own hardware, whatever you get will be immensely stronger than the Chinese bolts they’re supplied with.

Also, I would install the winch plate regardless of having a winch or not for 2 reasons. Number one, it will create a little better structural integrity in the front end in case of a collision. And two, if you ever decide to add a winch you won’t have to remove the bumper again.

I don’t run a skid plate, I can’t help you there.

I didn’t. The lower Rubicon mounts bolt up and the front bolts to the bumper with these bolts I got from Amazon.

I also got these plugs to fill the sensor holes.

There are 6 holes, 2 in the plastic nubs up front and 2 on each bumper end. If you specify with the seller to send a bumper w/o sensor holes I think they will, but I forgot to do that.

You can order one w/o the holes, just have to search a bit more. I originally had one.

Yep, it requires a bit more searching but I got mine without sensor holes in it.

Just dropped off to all pieces for powder coating. Will post pic when done and installed.
